POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Polk County deputies arrested a 52-year-old Winter Haven man Friday night, July 3, after a report of a suspicious person at a shopping plaza on Cypress Gardens Boulevard turned into a chaotic confrontation.
The initial call alerted authorities to a man allegedly walking around the plaza wearing nothing but a hard hat and underwear. However, when deputies arrived on the scene, they discovered the suspect, identified as Walter William Frymire, was actually wearing pants.
