The Florida Department of Transportation will host a public meeting on July 28 in Haines City to provide information about the Moving I-4 Forward program.
The meeting will discuss Project 3, which will include four general-use lanes on Interstate 4 east of U.S. 27, three general-use lanes west of U.S. 27 and two express lanes in each direction. Additional operational improvements along U.S. 27 will provide better traffic flow for travelers and businesses in the area, FDOT said in a news release.
