Lake Nona Goes Moo Crazy As New Chick-fil-A Swaps Cow Spots For Free Meals

Lake Nona is about to get a little louder and a lot more bovine. A new Chick-fil-A is opening next week in Orlando’s fast-growing corridor, and the chain is celebrating with a full-on “Moove-In Party” that rewards anyone dressed in cow spots with a free meal.

The Boggy Creek outpost will start serving at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 30 and kick off opening day with the cow-themed promotion, according to WFTV. Florida native Jon Morris will operate the restaurant, which is expected to bring roughly 120 jobs to the area.

Chick-fil-A’s listing for the Boggy Creek location puts the restaurant at 14239 Nona North Road and notes it will offer dine-in, drive-thru, carryout, third-party delivery and Mobile Thru service. The page lists hours as 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and includes job postings as the team fills out its roster ahead of opening day.

How the Moove-In Party Works

The rules are simple: show up dressed like a cow, walk away with free food. Guests wearing a full cow costume or even just a cow-spotted accessory can snag one free entrée or kids meal while supplies last, no purchase necessary.
