DAVENPORT, Fla. — A 29-year-old Winter Haven man on probation was arrested Monday morning after deputies spotted him looking into vehicle windows outside a Davenport auto dealership while wearing a mask and carrying burglary tools, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded around 10:00 a.m. on July 27 to the area near Posner Chrysler Jeep on US 27 following reports of a suspicious person. Witnesses reported a man wearing black clothing and a black mask looking through the windows of parked vehicles on the property.
