LOCKHART, Fla – A Lockhart mother says she is desperate for help after years of disturbing behavior from a man who lives across the street, including urinating and exposing himself outside her home.
She says some incidents have happened in front of children, including her daughter, who is now having bad dreams. Sabrina Maynard, a wife and mother of three, said the situation has been going on for at least three years.
