ORLANDO, Fla. – A 60-year-old man on an e-bike was seriously hurt after being struck by a patrol car in Orlando on Friday afternoon, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
In a release, troopers said the incident happened just before 4 p.m. on Rio Grande Avenue South and Grand Street.
