Man accused of killing 3 people in Pine Hills rampage to appear for competency hearing

ORLANDO, Fla. – The man accused of killing three people in an Orange County shooting rampage is due in court Thursday. Keith Moses is scheduled for a competency hearing to determine whether he’s mentally capable of standing trial. A judge appointed two psychiatrists to examine Moses after a September court hearing in which Moses did not reply to questions, and his lawyer said that he’s had trouble communicating with his client.
