PHILADELPHIA (Gray News) – A woman is facing federal charges for allegedly pulling down her pants, cursing at crew members and threatening passengers on a Frontier flight. Dulce Huertas, 60, was arrested in connection to her alleged actions on a Frontier Airlines flight traveling from Orlando, Florida,. to Philadelphia, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
