APOPKA, Fla. – The city of Apopka is under a “state of water supply conservation” and residents could face fines for violating restrictions. The city on Friday said it is seeing an “increasingly faster depletion of the water supply being observed at the City of Apopka Potable (water that is safe to drink) and Reclaim Water Plants.”
