ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. – Altamonte Springs police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing and endangered 60-year-old man, according to a news release. Police said Mark Lipko was last seen by his wife around 1:30 p.m. in the area of the Crescent Place Condominiums, located off Grand Regency Pointe.
