ORLANDO, Fla. – A truck splashed through a puddle in Orlando’s College Park neighborhood Monday afternoon as residents tried to stay dry and keep the water from threatening their homes. College Park residents said that a deluge fell with cars caught up in the flooding around 2:30 p.m. Monday.
