Arizona Man Arrested for Trespassing, Threats at Davenport Lounge

John Riley was arrested on the evening of December 26, 2024, after multiple incidents at the Fireside Lounge in Davenport.

According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, the Fireside Lounge management initially called authorities around 8:40 p.m. to have Riley trespassed from the property. Despite the warning, Riley returned to the establishment an hour later. The manager removed him again, locked the doors, and called deputies to report his return.

While being arrested, Riley allegedly became belligerent and made threatening remarks to deputies, leading to additional charges. He now faces counts of trespassing and threatening a public official. Riley, a visitor from Arizona, was transported to the Polk County Jail.
