Clermont, FL – Orlando Health South Lake Hospital Center for Women and Babies proudly welcomed its first baby of the New Year at 8:23 PM on Jan. 1, 2025. Baby girl Emery came into the world weighing 4 lbs., 12.5 oz. and measured 17.3″ long. Baby Emery is the daughter of Ryan and Jennifer Wilson. Baby Emery became the first ever Beta baby to be born at Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. Alpha babies were born from 2010 – 2024. This new generation of babies will be named Gen Beta.
