ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) — Florida deputies are searching for the person accused of robbing Publix employees with a gun.
According to NBC affiliate WESH , the armed robbery took place at the Publix located off Lake Underhill Road and Chickasaw Trail in Orlando on Thursday.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said the person entered the grocery store around 9:20 p.m. holding a gun and demanded money from the employees. The suspect reportedly managed to escape before authorities arrived.
