A Guatemalan with a previous arrest was caught driving without a license in Sumter County.
Carlos Jose Roblero Diaz, 25, of Kissimmee, was driving a red Ford F-150 pickup at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in Bushnell when a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy noticed the truck had a defaced license plate which was difficult to read.
During a traffic stop, the deputy learned that Roblero Diaz has not obtained a Florida driver’s license despite the fact he has been living for six years in the Sunshine State and “gainfully employed.” The deputy also found that Roblero Diaz was convicted in 2023 of driving without a license in Polk County…
