Illegal Handicap Parking Complaint Led To Four Apprehended In Central Florida

An illegal handicap parking complaint led to four being arrested in Central Florida, three of whom were wanted, and all four are in the United States illegally.

This month, a Polk County deputy was requested at the UPS Store on Ambersweet Way in Davenport in response to an RV parked in a handicap parking space.

Deputies made contact with the RV’s driver, 45-year-old Liliana Tinichigiu, a Romanian national who identified herself as having a New York license.
