Winter Haven Man Facing Extensive Charges Arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Office
WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – A Winter Haven man with a lengthy list of outstanding warrants was taken into custody Tuesday evening by a quick-acting Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputy.
On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at approximately 7:03 PM, Polk County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Colon was dispatched to the Lake Fox Village community, located off of Cypress Gardens Road in Winter Haven. The purpose of the dispatch was to locate and apprehend 61-year-old Timothy Patrick Marquart, who was wanted on multiple failure to appear warrants.
Marquart was being sought on a total of seven active failure to appear warrants, stemming from a variety of charges including:
- DUI with Damage/Injury (two counts)
- Possessing a Canceled/Revoked Driver’s License
- Driving with No Motor Vehicle Registration
- Driving While License Suspended/Revoked
- Leaving the Scene of a Crash (two counts)
Marquart was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Polk County Jail, where he will be booked on his outstanding warrants…
