Kissimmee Man Arrested Following Child Exploitation Investigation, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Reports

A Kissimmee man has been arrested and charged following a child exploitation investigation conducted by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in collaboration with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The investigation began after the Sheriff’s Office was notified by NCMEC of a potential case involving an individual suspected of sharing and storing child sexual abuse material. Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit launched an investigation and, on July 17, 2025, executed a search warrant at Sun Lake Condominiums in Kissimmee. The suspect, identified as Justin Paul Vail, was taken into custody following the discovery of evidence linking him to the case.
