WINTER HAVEN, Fla. (WFLA)—A 30-year-old man was arrested after he exposed himself to a woman and four children, the Winter Haven Police Department announced.
On July 18, an officer who was working an off-duty detail in the area of 2nd Street Northwest was flagged down by a woman who told the officer that Tavarus Harrison had exposed himself to her.
The victim told officers Harrison exposed himself to her after calling out her name while she was walking to her home.
