Polk County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public’s Help in Identifying Woman Who Stole Merchandise, Assaulted Shopper
DAVENPORT, Fla. – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a woman responsible for a retail theft and battery that occurred at a Davenport Publix on July 5th.
According to a report released by the sheriff’s office, the incident took place around 6:30 p.m. at the Publix located at 1200 Champions Drive. The suspect, described as a woman wearing a yellow dress, allegedly stole approximately $125 worth of merchandise from the store.
