KISSIMMEE, Fla. — A parking company has issued an apology to businesses and patrons in Kissimmee after nearly 1,500 unauthorized parking notices were issued at a garage that does not currently charge for parking.
City Centre parking garage property manager Miguel Barra said signs were taken down and the cameras were supposed to be shut off in April by Parking Revenue Recovery Services, the company that services the system.
