KISSIMMEE, Fla. – The City of Kissimmee has been installing a traffic signal at the intersection of Ball Park Road and Dyer Boulevard as part of a $1 million traffic-improvement project intended to improve safety and traffic flow along one of North Kissimmee’s busiest corridors.
Traffic data compiled for the area shows 68 crashes at the intersection between Feb. 27, 2024, and Feb. 27, 2025, prompting city officials to prioritize the addition of a full signal at the location, which serves homes, businesses, and is just a few minutes away from Flora Ridge Elementary School.
