Detectives with the St. Cloud Police Department (SCPD) have arrested Theresa Sysol, 41, of St. Cloud, on felony charges alleging she accessed the city’s FUSUS real-time camera platform after her employment with the City ended, according to an SCPD news release.
SCPD said Sysol, a former firefighter/paramedic with St. Cloud Fire Rescue, had been trained and authorized to use FUSUS strictly for official duties and only through city-issued devices. She retired in March 2024 after more than a decade with the department.
During a routine audit of FUSUS users, detectives said they found multiple instances where Sysol’s account credentials were used to view live camera feeds between April 2024 and June 2025—all after her retirement.
