ST. CLOUD, Fla. — The St. Cloud City Council recently approved a $214.8 million budget, and tens of millions of dollars are going toward improving resources for first responders at the fire department and a new 911 operations center.
According to city officials, St. Cloud’s population is expected to surpass 108,000 people in the next 25 years.
