The Ocoee Police Department was called to Valerie Rose Way and Douglas Edward Drive after a couple came across children riding their e-bikes and cut them off.
Police said the passenger, Angelique Norwood, then got out of the car and approached the teens as if she “wanted to fight them.”
Meanwhile, as one of the 13-year-old boys was trying to cross the street with his e-bike, the driver, Todd Norwood, struck him and fled the scene, claiming “fear clouded his judgment.” He left his wife at the scene…
