Florida McDonald’s Shooting Leads To Charges For Employee And Customers

Davenport, FL – A dispute at a Davenport McDonald’s early Sunday morning escalated into a shooting, resulting in charges against three people.

According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, around 3 a.m., Peter Story, 20, and Nicholas Jones, 18, were in the drive-thru when employee Yoan Soto, 21, informed them the restaurant could not accept additional orders due to being extremely busy.

The two customers allegedly became frustrated and threatened Soto, stating they would wait for his shift to end to confront him…
