Florida McDonald’s Employee Shoots Customer In Neck In Argument Over Long Wait, Shooter Cites Florida’s ‘Stand Your Ground’ Gun Law

On October 17, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd released a “Morning Briefing” reel on Instagram, detailing a shooting at a Florida McDonald’s between an employee and a customer.

The caption of the video read, “You may have heard there was a shooting at the McDonald’s in Davenport last Sunday; thankfully, nobody was seriously injured. The entire accident would have been avoided if the customers had kept their cool. Maybe next time you’re hungry, go to the Davenport Diner Everyone is always happy there and ready to serve up some yummy food!”
