Haines City police have no video of fatal shooting. The department has pulled its body cams

The Haines City Police Department has no video footage of a traffic stop in which one of its officers shot and killed a man on Oct. 26.

Haines City Officer Ryan Hamilton, 27, fired several rounds at a 2003 GMC Sonoma driven by 24-year-old Louivens Ceus after officers said he backed up and sped forward at Hamilton during a routine traffic stop. Ceus, who was pulled over for not having a tag, was shot and killed.
