DAVENPORT, Fla. (WFLA) — A Davenport mother was arrested Monday after authorities said she boarded a school bus and began yelling and cursing at a student, causing the bus to be delayed by nearly an hour.
Latanya Rowe, 48, got on the school bus as it was stopped to pick up students for Davenport High School on Monday morning, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim used his phone to record Rowe yelling profanities and threats at both him and the bus driver, officials said. The sheriff’s office provided a nearly two-minute portion of the video, showing Rowe standing over the student and yelling.
