An Orlando man was arrested for speeding with a license that had been expired for more than two years.
A trooper stopped 31-year-old Estarlin Fransua-Seneca in a white Toyota Corolla on the Florida Turnpike around 3:30 p.m. Monday, according to an arrest report from the Florida Highway Patrol. He had been speeding at 87 miles per hour in a 70-mph zone.
Fransua-Seneca handed over a temporary paper driving permit, which the trooper used to check his driving history. Records showed his license expired on June 2, 2023, and he was not a U.S. citizen.
