Two of the four people killed when a speeding vehicle struck pedestrians in Tampa’s Ybor City district were from Polk County.
Authorities identified two of the victims as Marlon Anthony Collins, 54, of Bartow, and Lisa Sherell Johnson, 41, of Winter Haven.
