WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – An anonymous tipster helped close the net on a Winter Haven man wanted for attempted murder early Saturday morning.
Acting on information forwarded by Heartland Crime Stoppers, Polk County Sheriff’s deputies descended on a home along Country Place SW around 1:00 a.m. on December 13. That is where they found 24-year-old Austin Daniel Richardson.
When deputies located Richardson behind the residence, he reportedly surrendered immediately, telling them, “I’m the one you’re looking for.”…
