POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A woman accused of driving with a suspended license was arrested after she was pulled over for cutting off cars and violating their rights-of-way in Winter Haven.
Polk County deputies said they pulled over a Kia driver, later identified as Colleen Braswell-James, after she was seen cutting off several cars in heavy traffic.
