St. Cloud, FL — The cafeteria at Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital was filled with applause, pride, and heartfelt emotion last week as hospital staff, leadership, and family gathered to celebrate a meaningful milestone — the graduation of Marco Vivas, the hospital’s first graduate of the Orlando Health WE BUILD Program.

Throughout his time in the WE BUILD program, Marco worked alongside the hospital’s Environmental Services and Food & Nutrition teams, gaining hands-on experience while developing both job-specific and interpersonal skills. His journey through the program showcased what is possible when opportunity is paired with mentorship, encouragement, and a supportive workplace culture.
