CROSS CITY, Fla. (WCJB) – Authorities in Orange County are waiting for an attempted murder suspect to be extradited following his arrest by Cross City police.
Detectives say Patrick Williams, 18, was the passenger inside a car pulled over during a traffic stop on Thursday on U.S. Highway 19.
