KISSIMMEE, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida man is facing multiple felony charges after police say he fired seven shots at a fleeing Uber driver earlier this month.
Alexis Encarnacion-Rosado, a 21-year-old from Kissimmee, requested an Uber ride just before 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 1, according to an affidavit from Osceola County.

He was picked up from a staff parking lot at Disney World, though it’s unclear if Encarnacion-Rosado is or was ever an employee of the park.
