OCPS Achieved Highest Graduation Rate on Record

OCPS achieved the highest graduation rate on record, and all traditional high schools earned a graduation rate over 90 percent.

The Florida Department of Education recently released the 2024-25 graduation rates for the state, school districts and high schools. The district’s average graduation rate among its 22 traditional high schools is 97.2% (Innovation High School will celebrate its inaugural graduation in May 2026). This continues to outpace the state’s average.

“We are incredibly proud of our 2025 graduates, the largest graduating class in our district’s history, who achieved the highest graduation rate on record. This milestone reflects the dedication of every adult who supported our students, including teachers, school leaders, staff, district teams, and community partners, along with the steadfast support of parents and families,” said Orange County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Maria Vazquez. “As we celebrate this achievement, we remain committed to preparing, inspiring, and empowering all students to succeed beyond graduation and in life.”
