The Retail Site at 3318 Canoe Creek Road
The surrounding area remained largely undeveloped through the 1990s. Historical satellite imagery shows open land until the early 2000s, when clearing and construction began. By 2004, the retail center housing the grocery store was complete.
As nearby residential development expanded, the site maintained its role as a primary food retailer. The transition from Winn-Dixie to ALDI preserved the existing footprint while updating the interior and branding.
