The Hunt For Hunt: Auburndale Woman Jailed After False Identity Claim

POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 42-year-old Auburndale woman was arrested following a police encounter where she allegedly tried to convince deputies she was someone else. Alisa Dawn Hunt was taken into custody on February 3 after Polk County Sheriff’s deputies tracked her down at a home on Mineola Drive.

The search for Hunt began because of an outstanding warrant involving four third-degree felonies: grand theft, defrauding to obtain property, using the identification of another person without consent, and the unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
