CLERMONT, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fiery crash that killed one person early Sunday morning.
At 2:45 a.m., a 2008 Mazda 3 was traveling westbound on County Road 474 east of Bruno Road in unincorporated Clermont when, for unknown reasons, it ran off the roadway, overturned and became engulfed in flames, according to FHP.
The driver, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers are awaiting identification from the medical examiner…
