Freddy’s Senior Meals are now a permanent menu item! See how the new 55+ value combos compare to standard pricing at the Orlando Vineland Freddy’s location.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is officially making it more affordable for the 55+ crowd to enjoy their favorites. The company recently announced the addition of Senior Meals (55+) to its permanent menu lineup, aiming to provide scaled-back, value-focused versions of its classic combos. Each new Senior Meal comes with a small drink and a choice of small fries or tots. For those looking for a bit more, the sides can be upgraded to a full-size premium option.
What’s on the Senior Menu?
The new lineup includes four distinct options tailored for a smaller appetite and a smaller price tag:
- Single Cheeseburger: A premium steakburger patty with American cheese, mustard, onion, and pickle on a toasted bun.
- Crispy Chicken Sandwich: A crispy chicken breast with mayonnaise and pickle.
- Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Grilled chicken with mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato.
- Hot Dog: An all-beef hot dog on a toasted bun with the guest’s choice of condiments.
“We’re excited to add Senior Meals to the menu and to give our senior guests the option of ordering some of their Freddy’s favorites at a great value,” said Erin Walter, CMO. “Every meal is prepared and presented with the premium quality and craveable taste guests expect whenever they dine at Freddy’s.”
Freddy’s Senior Meals Real-World Savings: The Price Breakdown
To see how much of a “great value” these meals actually are, we headed over to the Freddy’s website to check the numbers on the Freddy’s Senior Meals at the Orlando Vineland location.
The savings are significant. We found that a senior guest could order a Single Cheeseburger Senior Meal (with fries and a large Pepsi Zero Sugar) for just $8.19. For comparison, the standard Single Steakburger meal at that same Orlando location was priced at slightly over $11. By the way, we were not charged more for the larger beverage. However, your results may vary. By slightly scaling back portions, Freddy’s is offering seniors a way to save roughly $3 per visit while still enjoying the same premium quality.
Guests should not forget that Freddy’s is currently offering a Deluxe Crispy Fish Sandwich for a limited time.
