FLORIDA — A man has been arrested after deputies say he threw an injured dog into a dumpster behind a Kissimmee business.
According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded Saturday to reports of a dog in distress behind a business at 1076 Cypress Parkway. An employee who was taking out trash heard the dog crying and called authorities.
When deputies arrived, they found a small dog suffering from severe injuries. The dog was taken to a veterinarian but had to be euthanized because of a severe skull fracture…
