DAVENPORT, Florida — A 17-year-old was arrested early Monday morning after being caught attempting to burglarize vehicles in two neighborhoods, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred around 1:09 a.m. on March 16, 2026, when the Sheriff’s Office helicopter observed a suspicious person on Palmer Road, who was later identified as 17-year-old Travis Adam Frasier of Davenport. The Aviation Unit reported seeing Frasier enter a parked, unlocked vehicle and then ride a bicycle to the nearby Prestwick Village neighborhood, where he attempted to open car doors, stated the source.
