KPD narcotics investigation nets suspects, numerous drugs

The Kissimmee Police Department’s Tactical Police Unit has helped protect the community from illegal drug activity with the arrest of a pair of suspects police say were involved in the trafficking of illegal narcotics.

Theodis James, 41, and Angel Coscia, 20, have been arrested and charged with trafficking in cocaine and methamphetamine, conspiracy to traffic in narcotics, possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with or destroying evidence, and resisting arrest without violence.

It stems from a search warrant conducted at the Ambassador Inn on West Vine Street near Hoagland Boulevard on March 6 during an ongoing investigation into illegal narcotics activity, Kissimmee Police said…
