Southwest 737 Returns to Airport After Windshield Crack

A Southwest flight was forced to return to Orlando International Airport after its crew reported a cracked windshield.

Southwest Flight 2414 took off for Austin, Texas, shortly after 6 a.m. local time Thursday but turned around and landed back at Orlando around 7:15 a.m, according to a statement from the FAA. A Boeing 737-700 was operating the route.
