PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA)— A man who had an arrest warrant in Volusia County for stealing an engagement ring and wedding bands from his girlfriend in Orange City to give to his girlfriend in Orlando was found years later in Pinellas County.
Joseph Davis, 53, is now in custody on warrants for grand theft and stalking after a tip led deputies to his location in Pinellas County.
According to VSO, Davis was living with another woman who did not know his true identity. Davis was using the alias Mark Brown.
Davis, who went by Joe Brown with one girlfriend and “Marcus Brown” with another, was wanted on felony charges out of Volusia County in 2021…
