Authorities said a 27-year-old Orlando man stole 50 Disney trading pins valued at about $900 at Disney Springs.

The man was arrested for grand theft, which is a third-degree felony, and taken to jail following the March 2 incident. The State Attorney’s Office confirmed to WDWNT that no charges have been filed against him as of writing so we’re not naming him.
When we reached out to the man for comment to hear his side of the story, his mom said the man is mentally unwell and made a mistake.
