Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday arrested a man they say fired shots into his ex-girlfriend’s car then fled with his own daughter in his own vehicle.
After fleeing on a motorcycle then briefly on foot, Josue Emmanuel Figueroa Jr., 27, was arrested and faces a litany of charges: attempted Murder, aggravated battery, aggravated stalking, discharging a firearm in public, armed burglary, child neglect, grand
