A Tuesday afternoon at a Davenport convenience store ended in handcuffs for a Wisconsin man after a quick response from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 2:32 p.m. on April 14, deputies received a call regarding a retail theft at a shop located on US 27, just a stone’s throw from the I-4 interchange.
