CITRUS COUNTY, FL — Citrus County Transit bus drivers earned multiple honors at the 2026 Florida Triple Crown Bus Roadeo, held in March in Orlando. The statewide competition, hosted by LYNX, brings together transit professionals from across Florida to strengthen skills, share knowledge, and promote safety and excellence in operations and maintenance.
The event is sponsored by the Florida Public Transportation Association (FPTA), Florida Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and the Florida Association of Coordinated Transit Systems (FACTS).
Bus Drivers Recognized for Skill and Safety
